Returns

Return policy:

To receive a full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be in new and unused condition
  • Product must be returned (shipped) within 14 days of receipt
  • In the rare case that a damaged item is shipped, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt (sales@foxtrotgolf.com).

You will receive a label to ship the damaged item back to Foxtrot Golf.
Upon receipt of the damaged goods, Foxtrot Golf will ship out a replacement item at no charge.

Custom Polos: Due to these polos being custom, made-to-order products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

To make a Return or Exchange:

If the product meets all of the criteria above, then E-mail us at sales@foxtrotgolf.com with your order or invoice number, items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
